My client, a HBFHBF 5 developer with an excellent reputation for building quality homes, are currently looking to add to their site team in North West London; due to exciting growth plans for the year ahead. The project is ongoing, and 500 new homes, build with an unparalleled attention to detail. This opportunity is for someone who is looking for a long-term career and progression, in return my client will supply an attractive salary / package and the chance to work on one of the company's flagship projects. We are looking for someone with experience either running their own project (of 100 units or more). Or looking after a phase on a multimulti-phase development. Job responsibilities Liaison with design teams, client teams and any other professionals involved with the project. Deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality. PrePre Construction when required Commercially experienced Work Winning Project Manager - Sales focused Strong Technical, M&E knowledge would be useful Strong at leading a Presentation Project reporting The Ideal Candidate Minimum 2 year's experience in a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager role. Experience managing large teams on projects of 100 units Residential background (this can be from a developer or a main contractor) Strong and consistent performance Proven track record of delivery in a fast-paced construction environment Strong and steady CV (longevity) with a national developer or residential main contractor.
