Overview
Support Worker required for Preston based Young Persons Hostel. Your new role Your new role involves working across 3 different young persons hostels. You will be required to work a mixture of shift times until 9pm, including some weekend work. Your duties will include: - Supporting tenants - Carrying out building/ health and safety checks - Updating support plans What you'll need to succeed You're required to have previous experience working with homeless young people paired with a own transport and an Update Service DBS.
