Overview

My client a Car Finance Company in Maple Cross are looking for 3 Temporary for a 10 week period to support the Permanent Staff Responsibilities include: Provide a friendly and professional service in the handling of all inbound calls, deal with enquiries, maintain the database and deal with all associated administration. Action reports, amend and update systems to ensure that records accurately reflect the customers position Ensure that all possible steps are taken for maximum customer retention At all times ensure compliance with relevant legislation including Consumer Credit Act, Money Laundering Act, Data Protection Act and the FLA code of practice. The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service experience gaining from within an office/call centre environment, have an eye for detail , have good numerical skills, and have excellent communication skills.
