If you take a pride in providing high level customer service care this role could be for you. Working within busy Operations department, the role includes answering a high volume incoming calls and handling a varied administrative workload. Full training on the products, services and leglislation is given, but the successful candidate must be able to bring a professional and positive telephone manner and experiene of high call volumes, and be PC literate.
