Overview
Our client is an established and expanding IT Consultancy based in central London. To continue their expansion, they require an experienced Support Engineer to provide end-user customer service and on-site support to their professional customer base. You should be able to demonstrate some experience of the following: Microsoft and Mac knowledge 3rd line Engineer in a service desk environment Windows Server 2012/2016 Virtualisation experience, HyperV ideally MS Exchange server, Office 365 and AD connect Active Directory and Group Policy Networking knowledge LANS/WANS Firewalls, Switches File sharing experience such as Azure, SharePoint etc Able to manage specific projects for customers Good communication skills You should be Technology motivated and interested in developing your IT skills. This position is based in London and you should be within reasonable commuting distance of central London and the City. Salary offered subject to relevant experience.
