Application Analyst, SAP Ariba (INSIDE IR35) SAP Ariba Application Analyst required to join a global solutions provider based in Worthing. This is a contract opportunity paying £500-560 per day for an initial duration of 6 months. This opportunity is inside scope of IR35. Candidates must be eligible to undergo SC Clearance The Role Responsible for supporting the application aspects of multiple live services. Management of live incidents Investigation of incidents and provision of resolutions. Interaction / interface with Solutions Delivery (project handover, Clone testing, etc.) Involvement in live incidents escalated via other support teams. Co-ordination with New Projects to gain an understanding of Live Support Requirements Provision of Out Of Hours (On Call) cover on a rota basis Collection of adhoc statistics Housekeeping on Live Services and Databases Creation & maintenance of support documentation (LSMs, etc.) Attend Live support and customer meetings Enhancement suggestions through Change Proposals / CIPs and Trouble Tickets Technical Advice / Support to other areas inc. the customer Essential SAP Ariba Desirable SAP SRM Analytical skills, decision making, forward thinking Technologies & Technical Skills Working knowledge of Live Service Systems and applications SAP ECC integration Experience of PVCS, EARS & Windows MS Office applications knowledge Client facing Good negotiation skills, well organised and proactive Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels If this opportunity is of interest, please submit your details in the first instance.
