Overview
Our ideal candidate of a the Duty Technician is required to join an established team of 24/7 staff. This team provides a critical support structure for all the services within Service Delivery for the HOP Cluster. This involves a variety of technologies including Cloud and includes both the Waterfall and Agile ways of working. This role also provides the Service Desk facility out of hours, including answering calls and completing BAU tasks. You will require, Sound technical understanding willingness to learn Cloud/AWS awareness UNIX, LINUX, ability to run scripts and understand command lines.
