This role is based in SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA Are you a recruiter with experience working in the financial services? Thinking of relocating to Australia? Permanent People are working on behalf of our extraordinary client who are looking to add experienced recruiters to their office in Sydney . Our client is modern and entrepreneurial yet boast over a decade of expertise within the global Finance Sector. What does the role entail? Our client is well established within the Australian Financial Services market, meaning they have an unparallel client base. Although the role will involve an element of business development, the focus will be on liaising expertly with existing clients, obtaining a detailed brief in order to source the highest standard professionals within the Risk & Compliance industry on a permanent basis. Are you our ideal candidate? VISA requirements : 2 year’s recruitment experience (in a 360 billing role) plus a degree or 4-5 year’s recruitment experience without a degree - within the Financial Services sector Strong billing history Ability to work autonomously: our client actively discourages KPIs and micromanagement, trusting in their employees to manage their own desks as they see fit Collaborative and creative Ethical, integral and professional: our client prides themselves on working transparently and honestly, they are looking for someone to embody this in their work to suit their client base What are the benefits?
