Internal Controls Job, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, Low travel, £60-70k, Maidstone, Kent Your new company My Client, a Luxury Retailer is looking for a confident, charismatic individual to join there team as an Internal Controls manager. This role has been created due to a significant growth over the last year. Your new role As part of this new and exciting role you will need to use all of your charm, wit and grace when meeting with all levels of stakeholders within each department to ascertain the current business policies and procedures. You will then analyse each function, present your findings to the department head and implement your recommendations accordingly. You will be an integral part in the day to day operations within the business and work closely with external auditors ensuring that all policies and procedures meet compliance regulations. This role requires little to no travel. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be: A confident, qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) Ideally Big 4 trained. A self-starter, who can handle ambiguity. Have excellent communication and networking skills. Experienced in Agile working.
