Overview
This is a great opportunity for a standalone Accountant Your new company This medium sized public relations organisation are looking for a standalone Bookkeeper/Accountant to handle all of their accounts. They are a vibrant and interesting company set in a great location, with on site parking and close to all public transport links. They are in really great offices with lovely amenities including an on site coffee shop and close to a shopping centre. They are based in the East Birmingham area. Your new role This role will be a standalone Finance role which will encompass all areas of finance, budgeting/forecasting, cash management, payroll review, preparation of statutory accounts, preparing VAT returns and also all areas of transactional accounts such as credit control, sales ledger and purchase ledger. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you must be highly experienced in accounts, have worked in an all rounded standalone role previously. You must be able to get to east of central Birmingham on a daily basis, ideally be on 4 weeks notice or immediately available so that you can start the role with a handover period. What you'll get in return In return you will get a very generous amount of annual leave, 27 days plus bank holidays.
