Hays are pleased to be working alongside a market leading FS brand in their search for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their HQ in Sutton Coldfield. Providing a range of effective services across the UK, they're keen to add to their existing team with someone who offers the passion and determination to be successful, with a results driven approach to their work. As Assistant Management Accountant, your role will involve: The timely completion of monthly reports Ensuring reconciliation reports are dealt with in a swift and effective manor Analysing disbursement cost Prepare designated accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis Assist with the month-end process, preparing accurate management accounts and management information Working as a close unit with the wider finance team Ad-hoc duties where required To be considered for the role, it is is essential that you: Have a background within accounts, ideally within a similar role however basic accruals/prepayment experience is acceptable Have an understanding/experience with systems analysis and reporting Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Can operate effectively individually and as part of a team In return, you will be offered the chance to work alongside market leading experts who will offer the support with your professional studies and the chance to progress within a stable, results driven business.
