Overview
This successful business is expanding and requires a Customer Service individual to work within the small team. This business has enjoyed success with winning new clients and that has created this role. They are seeking someone who is process driven, with strong customer service skills and a good communicator. Job Description: Managing the customer service experience for one client - this may grow to more customers once you settle into the role Dealing with all the requirements for the customer: processing the order Liaise with the warehouse in order to pick the orders Dealing with queries and processing the Proof of Delivery Liaising with the retailers who will be receiving the goods - booking in their deliveries Candidate Requirements: Transport or Warehouse Admin experience Someone who has proven experience at dealing with processes and systems Strong keyboard and data processing skills Strong communication skills An individual who has excellent organisational skills Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours per week) Salary: £9.00 per hour Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
