Overview
Eden Scott are partnering with our Scottish Borders based client, to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join this newly created role. The purpose of the role is to oversee the recruitment and control of flexible labour on site, supporting the management team of all employee's, ensuring all contracts are up to date and ethical requirements in place. The role will involve the HR Manager working closely with the Production Managers and Factory Managers to assess their labour requirements in each department throughout the year, pre-empting busy/peak periods The successful individual will plan and achieve recruitment requirements across the business through managing relationships with relevant agency support and establishing approach for hire e.g. short term contracts, full time and flexible working options. This is a great position for an experienced HR professional with strong labour recruitment experience, fully versed with managing contracts, policies and procedures with up to date knowledge of employment law to review current processes with a view to streamlining.
