Your new company A well-established energy company have a permanent job for a Regional HR Case Advisor. Your new role As a Regional HR Case Advisor, you will work with senior stakeholders across the business and deliver an expert service across multiple functions across Scotland and Northern England. You will provide a proactive, professional HR service, managing all cases through to resolution. What you'll need to succeed You will be adept at providing expert Employee Relations advice and guidance with the ability to coach and up skill line managers. Cases will predominantly be within, but not limited to, grievance, disciplinary, performance and health related absence. You will need to be a positive, confident and proactive individual with resilience and the ability to influence and persuade.
