Quantity Surveyor

We are currently working with a principle contractor who are looking for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor with retail fit-out experience. This company have unrivalled expertise in a number of sectors in the construction industry and are looking to expand their team in light of some up-coming retail projects. If you can think outside the box, confidently lead on commercial aspects and assist in delivering quality projects then this might be the role for you. From planning through to completion, our client knows how to do business throughout every aspect of the construction process. Your duties as a key part of the commercial team will include but are not limited to: - Manage financial aspects of the project - Negotiate and analyse costs for contracts - Prepare valuations for material delivery throughout the project - Compile financial reports regarding materials, time and labour costs - Arrange payments The successful candidate will have previous retail fit-out/refurb experience (preferably supermarkets) and you can expect to receive a generous salary package.
