Overview
The successful candidate will carry out duties of a Maintenance Assistant and have previous experience working within a similar role. You will operate as part of a multi skilled team providing support to multi skilled tradesmen and craftsmen. You will be able to perform minor electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs that do not require the attention of a time served tradesman. You will have significant knowledge and understanding of a range of works and procedures across the full building and trades disciplines. The successful candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision and be able to cope with the physical aspects of the role. Due to the current climate, a driving licence would be advantageous.
