Overview
A well established Landscape Architecture practice and consultancy based in Bath are searching for a Revit Technician to join their growing team. This practice offers a range of services in Landscape Architecture from residential, education, public realm and regeneration schemes. As Revit Technician, you will be a valued part of the team working alongside senior members of staff to assist on a wide range of projects from the early stages through to production and construction phases. You will be using your experience and skills within Revit to deliver tailored and detailed drawings. The position would suit an experienced Revit technician who has previously worked as part of a design team and possess an in-depth knowledge of Revit modelling and Navisworks, ideally experienced in its application to Landscape Architecture but this is not essential. Revit Technician Position Overview Creating schedules, templates and sheet layouts using Revit Coordinating models that are provided by clients and/or external consultants Develop & improve company wide Revit and BIM protocols to ensure best practice Work closely with the design team to integrate another 3D software / plugins into Revit Developing BIM plans to execute for proposals, bids and live projects Revit Technician Position Requirements Excellent knowledge of Revit Experience working on Landscape based projects preferred but not essential Thorough working knowledge of both Navisworks and AutoCAD Solid understanding of the RIBA work stages Excellent written and verbal English is essential Ability to communicate and work within a team Revit Technician Position Remuneration Salary based on experience level Bonus award at the discretion of the Director's Other company benefits to be discussed at interview 4% employer pension contributions 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for each year worked to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years We, Bennett and Game Recruitment, a technical recruitment agency based in Chichester are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
