Key Account Manager - North East/Scotland £28,000 - £32,000 Basic Salary Bonus - 20% Paid Quarterly Other Benefits ABOUT THE BUSINESS: We are looking for a Regional Account Manager with a track record in the FMCG/Consumer goods space to join a hugely successful, High Growth SME Food & Beverage business that operates within one of the fastest-growing categories within the UK food industry. They have experienced 300% YOY growth over the last 2 years which has created the need to further grow headcount so they can continue to maximise their revenue potential. There is a huge opportunity to do something really special within a well-structured business that has big plans for the next few years. You'll be trusted to work autonomously, and you will be entrusted to really drive the brand's growth moving forward. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: As Key Account Manager you'll be tasked with: Reporting directly to the Head of Sales to assist with the growth of the channel. Manage a key set of customers whilst keeping a keen eye on new business opportunities within your area. Provide in-depth reporting In line with your agreed strategic business plan you will make recommendations and execute. Maintain a territory plan and ensure a first-class customer experience by meeting with customers, maintaining regular phone contact and delivering marketing initiatives where appropriate. Maintain and expand relationships with all key stakeholders within your accounts. Be interested in the market - stay on top of product enhancements, attend conferences and exhibitions. Using support from Head Office, provide relevant training and education to key customers to enable them to be the very best in their field. ABOUT YOU: We are looking for sales superstars that pride themselves with going out there and building strong relationships. It's a team full of personality - so someone that is full of energy and is a real team player will fit well here Background in Consumer Products/FMCG is ideal Proven track record in field sales/regional account management Entrepreneurial spirit with the motivation and drive to be a self-starter Good communication and interpersonal skills should have the ability to work across functions within the business Strong prioritisation skills are necessary as multi-tasking is key within this role Give us a call today to find out more about this excellent opportunity.
