KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - NORTH TOUR OPERATOR NEWCASTLE GREAT SALARY PLUS CAR ALLOWANCE AND BONUS THE JOB This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, strategically minded, leisure travel trade key account manager to join a well-established and highly reputable tour operator. In this exciting, field-based role (4 days on the road), you will have autonomy over your own defined territory, where you will create and deliver the sales strategy for your territory, building strong client relationships and identifying and securing new business opportunities to maximise sales. With your superb commercial acumen and strategic sales expertise, you will successfully deliver your annual sales plan, smashing your passenger and revenue targets, whilst championing your brand to drive awareness and entice new customers. If you're a highly motivated, leisure travel industry key account manager with a passion for travel-trade sales and the ability to grow a territory, then we would love to hear from you. Please note that leisure travel industry experience is essential for this role. ABOUT THE COMPANY My customer is a highly reputable tour operator who prides themselves on delivering an outstanding quality of service, experience and value. WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED? Proven track record of success (over 5 years) in a key account management position within the leisure travel industry Accomplished in creating and delivery sales strategies Skilled in creating contracts and RFP's Self-motivated and highly commercial Superb communication and relationship management skills Numerical, with the ability to analyse performance statistics Able to travel overseas on an ad hoc basis Clean UK driving licence WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
