Due to continued growth and success at Subfero , we now have a brilliant opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service/IT Trainer. This is suited for individuals with prior training experience who are excited to take on a new challenge in the IT sector. Who are we? Successful candidates will be joining our i ndustry leading training programme in a friendly, yet fast paced and ambitious workplace. As a Customer Service Trainer in an IT environment, you will enjoy full classroom and on the job training and support, before taking up a role as a member of the Training Team. As part of the team you would be tasked with developing successful Support Ambassadors for Microsoft's flagship product, Office 365. Your responsibilities as a Customer Service/IT Trainer will include: Providing coaching, mentoring, training and support in both IT and Customer Service to new and existing Support Ambassadors. Working as part of a team of 5 Trainers to improve all aspects of a Support Ambassador role. Coaching of Customer Service and IT skills in both 1 on 1 and group settings. The management and development of our on-boarding programme. Providing an unparalleled induction experience. The undertaking of administrative tasks. What are we looking for? 1 year prior Customer Service training experience. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment. Excellent verbal communication skills – You will have confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities. Strong ability to present – You will be confident with providing training and feedback in a presentation format. Training Experience - You will have the proven ability to develop and coach in a customer service or technical environment. Problem-solving - You will bring creative thinking to the role and be consistently considering how you can assist Support Ambassadors to improve. Critical Thinking – You will be able to proactively recognise behaviours and training needs to support individuals in their continued development. People oriented - You will enjoy working directly with customers and the Subfero team. Open to change - You will have the ability to grasp new ideas and integrate them into desired results.
