Systems Trainer
Overview
Location - Ashford, Kent (national travel required) Job Type - Fixed-term contract - 12 months Salary - £30,000 per annum Nurseplus UK is embarking on a full system rollout across the UK and is looking for a Trained systems trainer to join our growing Project Management Team. We are looking for a self starting and motivated person who is happy to travel extensively across our 56 branches. The role of the Systems Trainer is to provide systems knowledge and skills across the business for the Nurseplus team to allow them to achieve their job role to the best of their ability when using approved software. You will be responsible for creating the Training plans, documentation and presentations in readiness for rollout across all business areas as required. You will be an ambassador for the new systems release and will deliver the training with enthusiasm and energy. Key Responsibility Developing course material to deliver classroom, online and workbook based training Develop VideoCast (or similar) material with the ability to support individuals remotely whilst self-learning Delivering structured training to both Groups and Individuals Taking part in User Acceptance Testing for new systems and features Working with Department Heads to provide relevant training requirements Create and deliver onboarding training for new starters, basic through to role requirements Provide support for users Key Skills Ability to deliver the best use of business systems to a non-technical audience Good self-management Strong motivational skills with the drive to deliver change through training Diplomacy and confidence in training a range of users at different levels Able to travel across the UK extensively as Nurseplus roll out the new system, this means working away from home for an extended period of time. Formal Training and Delivering qualification in ITOL or equivalent is advantageous Desirable Skills Application of best practice in training design, delivery, and evaluation using the standards defined in CIPD Knowledge with working with Eclipse Software or other similar recruitment platforms Driver (essential) Flexibility to travel for field-based position
