Theatre Manager - Private Surgical Hospital £55,000-£60,000 Pension, Private Medical Insurance, CPD and more North London Full Time RGN / ODP The Client Compass Associates are proud to be recruiting for a prestigious Private Hospital located in North London, who are currently in search for a Theatre Manager to join their team. The hospital is open 7 days a week and offers a range of services including orthopaedics, cosmetics, ENT, endoscopy, gastro, general, gynae, max fax and urology. The Role The successful candidate will have relevant experience within theatres and managing a team. This is a great opportunity for an already established Theatre Manager looking for a new opportunity, or for a Senior/Lead Theatre Practitioner looking to step up to further their career. You will become a crucial part of the hospital to ensure the theatre team delivers effective patient care through providing structured clinical and managerial leadership. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced theatre practitioner with a passion for providing excellent standards of patient care. This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hour weeks which will be worked between core hours. You must be a Registered General Nurse with the NMC or qualified Operating Department Practitioner with the HCPC to apply and be successful in this opportunity. Role Requirements - RGN or ODP - Registered with the NMC or HCPC - Extensive experience within a senior or leadership role within theatres - Expert clinical skills and knowledge of clinical competencies, demonstrating experience across scrub, anaesthetic and recovery - Passion for high quality patient care - Excellent communication skills - High level of personal motivation - Proven management and leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate, support and develop the Theatre Department Summary My client is seeking a passionate Theatre Manager to join and develop their team.
