Overview
Service Operations Manager/Lead £70,000-£75,000 Kent We are looking for an experience Service Operation Manager to join an exciting organisation, you will be leading a team of 3 direct reports with a total team of around 15 managing the service operations function. This will cover major incident, service desk, incident management, change and asset management We are looking for someone with very broad experience across service operations with strong direct line management skills, (appraisals, career development) and someone who has excellent skills with process improvement, service improvement and implementing service processes. You will need to have enough of a technical background to manage technical teams effectively and have extensive experience within some kind of regulated industry ( Utilities/Financial Services/Airlines something similar) Due to the location of this role in Kent you would ideally be based in the areas around Dartford/Gravesend/Gillingham/Tonbridge/Maidstone Interviews for this role will be taking place via VC Please apply for further details
