The Role This highly regarded firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their West End office. The private client and tax department is a leader in its field, domestically and internationally, and handles tax planning for large and complex estates, private companies, entrepreneurs, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and families, trustees, executors and charities. You will provide their HNW clients and their businesses with a range of personal matters. The team aim to give proactive advice to help their clients preserve and enhance their wealth whilst meeting UK tax compliance. This role requires you to be able communicate complex tax issues in a clear manner. The right candidate will be able to advise on the full spectrum of tax planning for UHNW individuals and trustees, family offices, landed estates, as well as wealth holding structures and associated UK tax issues. You will work alongside highly experience Lawyers on the highest quality of work. Requirements: You will be a Private Client Solicitor with 3 years PQE Ideally, you will be STEP qualified (desired but not essential) You will ideally have succession planning and international tax structures experience You will have a good technical knowledge A keen interest in business development/networking First-class communication skills are essential Salary and Benefits: Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join this market leading firm based in the heart of the West End.
