PI Fee Earner/Supervisor
Overview
Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for an RTA Fee Earner/Supervisor on behalf of a well known ABS based in Doncaster. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of Litigated RTA files whilst also supervising a small team of Fee Earners. Duties will include; Reviewing medical reports Valuing claims and medical reports Negotiating with third parties Recovering losses for clients Instructing experts and Counsel Negotiating settlements Preparing bundles Supervisory responsibilities may include; Tracking performance Conducting 1:1s Handling technical queries Reporting to the Head of Department To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of handling your own caseload of RTA files in a claimant capacity and have experience supervising or mentoring others.
