Overview
Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for Locum Litigation Executives and RTA Fee Earnerson behalf of a well known ABS based in Doncaster. This role is to start ASAP and you will be responsible for handling and progressing your own caseload of RTA files from Stage II onwards. This will be a mixed caseload of Fast and Multi Track Litigated and Pre-litigated files. Duties will include; -Reviewing medical reports -Valuing claims and medical reports -Negotiating with third parties -Recovering losses for clients -Instructing experts and Counsel -Negotiating settlements -Preparing bundles You must be able to start work immediately and it is essential that you have experience of handling your own caseload of RTA files either in a claimant or a defendant capacity.
