As a commercial property solicitor, you will have the benefit of working alongside a very experienced fee earner who has an amazing reputation in the East Midlands commercial property market. You can expect to inherit a quality caseload of mid and high-value commercial property matters including buying and selling properties for business use, drafting and negotiating leases for landlords and tenants, and purchasing and leasing properties. Many of the matters coming into the firm will come from clients offering repeat business, so you should be commercial in approach and able to nurture relationships, possessing strong communication and organisational skills. You should be a rapport builder and a networker. Applications will be considered from solicitors or associates ideally at the 1-5 year PQE level, having trained and gained experience alongside other partners of note. This would suit a commercial property solicitor who has designs on career progression and ultimately partnership.
