Pure Search are working with a well-known leader in financial services software sales seeking a commercial lawyer for their legal team: Responsibilities will include: Provide legal advice in relation to strategic sourcing arrangements as well as a wide range of supplier agreements Management of a small team focused on outsourcing and commercial matters Work closely with the wider legal function supporting product development Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of contracts relating to the matters above. Candidates are expected to be qualified lawyers (circa 6 years plus PQE) with significant financial services outsourcing/commercial experience.
