Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing - Oldham A Legal Secretary is required to join a reputable regional firm in the Oldham area. The role will be to support Solicitors within the Residential Conveyancing team. About the Opportunity Working within a small team, you will gain excellent exposure to high quality residential conveyancing work and there will be good progression opportunities. This Legal Secretary role will be busy and varied, and your key duties will include: Audio typing Land registry searches Property form completion Opening and closing files Engrossment of deeds Online searches Making appointments Diary management Liaising with clients The Candidate Ideally, the successful Legal Secretary will have: Previous experience as a Legal Assistant / Administrator / Secretary A background in residential conveyancing A good working knowledge of a conveyancing file and the land registry Excellent customer service skills with a highly professional approach Rewards There is a salary of £18,000 - £21,000 per annum on offer for this Legal Secretary position.
