Overview
A well regarded Legal 500 law firm in Carlisle is seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to join their expanding Property Department. You will be joining a growing Commercial Property Team where you will handle a broad caseload of matters. The role will cover a broad spectrum of commercial property work for a supporting role within this expanding team. The role will involve both freehold and leasehold work for a range of commercial clients with a focus on property developers. The department has a breadth of work to consider any applicants with specific specialisms within commercial property or applicants with more general experience within commercial property. You must be a highly experienced commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and be confident in networking when interacting with commercial clients.
