It's home to around 15 people, who are all highly motivated by the quality of work and positive environment. The Role This excellent firm is seeking a Conveyancer to join them in Marlborough, Wiltshire. The successful Conveyancer should have at least around three years experience of running own files. There is no upper limit of PQE. The work will be varied and exciting, from a mixture of clients but always excellent in quality. This will include Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity and New Build work. Progression is more than available for the right person. This role would suit Licensed conveyancers; experienced but unqualified conveyancing fee earners; residential property solicitors; conveyancing legal executives. The firm is very open-minded about the level and salary, so this could be an excellent opportunity to achieve more gainful employment.
