You will work on a range of private equity fund formation for top tier sponsor clients as well as having exposure to secondary market transactions. This is one of the most highly resourced and well supported teams in the City. A minimum of 2years post qualification experience working as an investment funds lawyer in either another US law firm or a UK law firm.
