Overview
Are you fluent in French? Do you have previous experience in Customer Service and looking for a new role to utilise your skills? If so, we’ve got an exciting role for you based in Peterborough You will be key in providing the best levels of customer service by taking inbound calls, escalating the problem if needed and liaising with internal departments and suppliers to ensure all enquiries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner. You will be a keen problem solver, strong communicator and can easily build relationships at all levels. I am currently recruiting a Customer Service Specialist who speak fluent French on a 1pm - 9pm shift, Monday - Friday 1 in 3 weekends. Free parking is available on site and public transport is easily accessible.
