Overview
A large independent construction agency is seeking a team lead / manager to grow their office in London (City) Specialising in all types of blue collar mechanical and electrical contractors There is four recruiters in the team with a view to grow to eight by the end of 2019 Ideally suited to a hands on billing manger / team lead or senior consultant looking for a step up The idea candidate must have at least 3 years recruitment experience within contract Offering profit share for the right candidate Part of a large independent recruiter agency One of the leading independent construction agencies in the UK Not a cold start up office Not driven by KPIS or unrealistic targets The manager will be able to run this office as their own with the support of head office for payroll and internal functions Salary from £35-75k base depending in experience
