Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare Recruitment My client are the largest supplier of healthcare professionals in the UK. They are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to enrol in their training programme, and learn all the skills necessary to build a successful career in recruitment consultancy. Previous experience in recruitment is not necessary, as full, in depth training is provided. Successful candidates will possess the following; A passion to work with people A positive attitude, a desire to learn, and strong relationship building skills Experience working in a fast paced, sociable, environment A desire to work in Soho; an exciting, busy and engaging area in the West End Exceptional written and spoken communication skills Long term career goals Your role as Graduate Recruitment Consultant will include; Taking job requirements from public and private healthcare sectors Building a network of candidates, and working quickly to fill your vacancies with suitable candidates Regularly meeting with candidates and clients to gain market intel Managing the interview process start to finish Post candidate care including compliance Attending regular networking events to win new business Package; £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary uncapped commission structure Flexible working after 6 months 25 days holiday bank holidays Company phone laptop Monthly lunch clubs at Michelin star restaurants Quarterly holiday targets including Las Vegas, Cancun, Miami and Barbados Exceptional career progression A Senior Consultant Mentor programme for your first 12 months If you think this role could be of interest, apply today for immediate consideration.
