SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT JOB SOUTH WEST LONDON & SURREY (KINGSTON) Your new job in recruitment Recruitment is fast-paced and dynamic, every day you'll make a lasting impact. As a recruiter you will win new clients and nurture existing relationships, contact candidates and build professional relationships and market knowledge. You will quickly develop expertise in your specialist market by advertising Roles, meeting with clients and candidates, networking in your industry sector and utilising our market leading database. You will be expected to deliver and exceed KPI's and targets on a monthly basis by bringing together both candidate and client to meet their requirements. Our Kingston office is home to a number of specialisms and is our hub office office in South & West London. From here we base our Human Resources, Accountancy & Finance, Office Support and Construction & Property businesses covering Surrey and South West London. In the office we have a fantastic team ranging from Associate up to Business Director level, who work collaboratively with each other. The management team are extremely supportive, spending their time upskilling consultants at all levels, with a length of service at Hays ranging from 5 to 15 years. What you'll need to succeed with us You will have excellent sales skills and a proven track record of success in recruitment. To succeed you'll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed in a competitive and fast paced environment. You will possess the ability to build successful relationships with clients and candidates and show outstanding interpersonal skills to maintain relationships. You will be ambitious and driven to develop your market quickly and show an inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, show attention to detail and a strong work ethic in order to succeed. Recruitment is hard work and it takes time and perseverance to achieve results so resilience, persistence and determination are key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident.
