Overview
The Role: I have a fantastic opportunity for a technical IT Service Manager to work in a dedicated account role. In joining the business you'll be focused 100% on working with a large multinational client, providing service management, managing risks and technical delivery and support. You'll be required to provide a combination of programme / project management, account management and problem management. Key to your success will be excellent stakeholder management skills, providing first class support and management of technical projects. It's also just as important for you to be able to forge strong internal relationships to help expedite / manage resource in order to deliver to client needs. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To Demonstrate: Knowledge and expertise in implementing service management frameworks such as ITIL, and a good understanding of where and how to apply these Experience of working in an IT operations or similar role Excellent interpersonal skills An ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing demands on their time The ability to influence others, set expectations and plan and co-ordinate programmes of work A good and demonstrable understanding of the full stack of Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business / Teams, System Center, and general Windows Server technologies is required.
