The Employment team deal with a mix of Employment matters both Claimant and Respondent to include: HR advice to include redundancy, disciplinary matters, TUPE and restructuring Reviewing and drafting contracts, policies and staff handbooks Representing clients in the Employment Tribunal to include drafting and preparing proceedings, witness statements Advising on and drafting settlement agreements If you are an NQ or up to 2 years' PQE within Employment Law with great academics mixed with a desire to drive your career, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you A generous salary and benefits package will be discussed in accordance with your level of experience.
