Overview
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking to step up into a Senior Management role? We are working with a renowned international law firm to find an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager in the Real Estate Sector. The right candidate will be working with an award-winning Business Development team to lead strategy of the Business Group, managing key accounts and driving marketing initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, this means that you will be working in a fluid role with a variety of exciting challenges and opportunities and overseeing the development and implementation of a broad range of strategic plans. You will need to work adaptively as you proactively manage the BD initiatives of stakeholders at all levels. Key responsibilities would include: Managing a large investment budget Managing two direct reports (BD executives) and a junior BD team at a different location Identifying key growth areas for the practice group Liaising with real estate intermediaries and key clients and proactively encourage profitable revenue growth Building external relationships through establishing a broad network and attending industry events Leading vital bids and shape the narrative surrounding the reputation of the firm Training and developing both your team and fee-earners to maximise their BD efforts and ensure the success of everyone at the firm The ideal applicant would be a commercially astute Business Development Manager with experience in the Real Estate, practically experienced in pitches, account management and thought leadership.
