Overview
The Company Nigel Wright is delighted to be working with a prestigious global high-volume manufacturer, to recruit a Maintenance Systems Manager. The Role The role is based at their plant in the Tyne and Wear area and has management responsibility for a small team. This is a global role and therefore involves international travel. The purpose of the role is the implementation and monitoring of Maintenance management systems across global plants; plant level implementation, training, auditing and improvement as well as continuous analysis and improvement of the system. The Person Required experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance supervisory role in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Knowledge of maintenance KPI's and track record of improvement Experience of working with different nationalities / cultures Good problem solver and logical thinker Passion to achieve goals Very good communicator and motivator This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading, international business at a senior level.
