About the Role As an Employer Engagement Administrator, you will ensure that we deliver a first-class customer experience by providing internal support and delivering on all administrative duties across CIOB Employer Engagement activities. Within this role, there will be a focus on Quality Assurance and co-ordinating the Employer Engagement Committee (EEC), supporting customers and new applications and managing and updating the CRM database. Liaising with other departments and ensuring we deliver on our promises/agreements, you will also support the sales and service activities across the Super Regions with particular support for the Business Development Managers. What we’re looking for… So, if you are a strong Administrator, with familiarity with CRM databases and experience of using social media, then we would be delighted to hear from you With a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), you will have excellent customer service skills and will be able to take minutes succinctly. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to undertake occasional travel, including London, for meetings. What you might be asking is - why work for us?
