Overview
We are currently representing a client that specialises and supports children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour. They offer a home environment to all the children and young people under their care and go above and beyond to promote a safe, happy and nurturing environment. We are looking for an engaging, confident and hard working individual that is currently a team leader or looking to make that step up. You will hold a QCF level 3 in Children`s residential and have up to two years experience in children services ideally with children with learning disabilities. You must also be able to drive and have a full clean UK driving license. As part of this role you working part of a team offering a comprehensive, high quality residential service to children and young people. The aim being to ensure the physical, social and emotional well-being of the children/young people are met and to assist in their positive holistic development and resilience. In return you can expect a competitive salary up to £19200 depending on experience, plus sleep in allowance. In house training and personal development package and career progression.
