Overview
One of the world's largest professional services networks is currently in the market for a proven, new business consultant to join their expanding Employee Benefits function. This is a senior level position and reports directly into the Head of Employee Benefits. My client is looking to recruit a generalist with a proven track record in a sales focused role. In this role, you will be responsible for on-boarding new clients via professional introducer's within the firm. You will need to be credible and have the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively in order to be successful in this position. In order to be considered for this role, candidates will have; Experience working in a Corporate Independent Adviser or Employee Benefit Consultant environment A track record of building strong relationships and an internal network to generate significant volumes of new business Knowledge of Pension, Risk and Healthcare products Experience in growing a book of business Knowledge of Business Protection market (preferable) A detailed and structured approach to their work The day to day duties will include; Making quality second nature Owning your own work Being part of a team Taking responsibility Building your brand This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing function in an already successful organisation.
