Overview
Are you an immediately available Recruitment professional? Do you want to be part of an international, highly reputable organisation? I have partnered with a progressive, forward-thinking consumer goods organisation in North West London (UB6) in their search for a Recruitment Advisor. This is a 3 month contract (potentially up to 6 months), paying £30-35,000. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be part of a busy team focusing on roles within corporate functions i.e. sales and marketing. This role has come about due to an absence in the team, and the organisation has recently come out of a recruitment team, so there is lots to get involved with You will be working closely with hiring managers, reviewing job descriptions, posting adverts, screening applicants, and managing the interview process. This will allow you to understand the organisation better, and develop your portfolio of recruitment. The team use Success Factors as their ATS, experience with this particular system isn't necessary but other databases are hugely beneficial. I am looking to speak with immediately available Recruitment professionals who have experience recruiting within corporate functions.
