Overview
Commercial Property Solicitor Eventus Legal are working with a very strong, highly regarded multi-office regional practice which is eager to appoint an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to the firms’ established Real Estate Team in order to help support the firms’ expansion drive and be based at the practices’ office which is based in the heart of Mansfield. Role responsibilities The practice continues to enjoy a sustained increase in instructions across a number of practice areas and its Commercial Property Team continues to remain exceptionally busy. Consequently, the practice is keen to appoint an additional experienced Real Estate Solicitor to handle their own caseload of commercial property matters and also provide support and assistance to the partners on more complex, technically challenging commercial property projects. You will deal with a good quality caseload of commercial property matters to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work and also some development work. The firm here regularly gets instructed on transactions with seven-figure values but what makes this role interesting is that you will regularly work with both the Managing Partner and also an Equity Partner, which means that you will learn a lot within an incredibly short space of time. You will also have the opportunity of contributing to further growing the practice by undertaking business development, marketing and networking initiatives in order to increase your client base and enhance both yours’ and the firms’ standing in the local area. Person specification You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and you will have gained good quality commercial property experience at an established regional practice or a national firm. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of being involved in a variety of real estate transactions and you will be technically astute and capable of handling fairly complex projects whilst at the same time having excellent client care skills.
