Overview
Do you have a passion for golf? If so, we have a superb opportunity to join a prestigious and well respected global sporting organisation. This is a diverse and interesting role, working alongside a focused and driven team, supporting the delivery of professional development and coaching qualifications. Main responsibilities but not limited to: Working alongside and under the direction of the Head of Coaching and Sports Science Developing, designing and implementing a range of coaching related training and development solutions Producing learning materials and delivering sessions across all training programmes Set up, management and administration of meetings with tutors, assessors and other partners to ensure effective implementation of coaching programmes Identifying any training and development requirement across all programmes Liaison at all levels and industry experts to undertake research to assist with learning programmes Training Executive Profile: Educated to Graduate level in a related subject preferred A qualification or previous experience in Tutoring and Assessment of qualifications will be a distinct advantage An interest, understanding and passion for Golf is essential Sound understanding and knowledge of a variety of coaching methods and process Proven track record of design and implementation of learning materials Experience in delivery and assessment and monitoring of qualifications Experience of e-learning desirable with strong IT knowledge and skills Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels essential Used to working in a fast paced environment Strong presentation skills with an organised, business oriented focus Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels A good team player who has a flexible approach to daily tasks and workload Focused on continuous improvement with a keen eye for detail Please note due to responses we can only respond to successful candidates which will be within 48 hours of your application.
