Overview

Brook Street Recruitment is recruiting German speaking Inbound Customer Service Advisors for our call centre client in Belfast. The role will involve taking incoming calls from business customers who are having issues with their Cisco products and services. You are the customers first point of contact and it will be your job to take detailed notes on each issue and put the customer in contact with an engineer to fix the problem. It will be your job to provide excellent customer service on each call As you will be taking Inbound calls the client requires a degree of flexibility. You will work 40 hours per week and have 2 days off per week and you will get your rota 5 weeks in advance Shift 1- 6:45am-3:45pm Mon- Fri/ Weekends 6:45am-1:15pm Shift 2- 8:15m-5:15pm Mon - Fri Weekends 6:45am-1:15pm Requirements 6 months customer service experience. That can be in retail, sales or even hospitality.
