Work may include: Estate planning for non-domiciled individuals Global asset structuring and protection UK tax treatment of investment in the UK Advising on all aspects of offshore trusts Estate planning and other related tax work Succession planning for family business owners This is a very well regarded progressive law firm that embraces a forward thinking approach.
