Job Description You will be responsible for managing a Development team in an Agile environment ensuring that software releases are supported through the complete development cycle ensuring top quality standards are consistently met. You will also be responsible for leading multiple teams including Technical Leads, Designers and QAs Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build and lead a team of 20 engineers through mentoring, feedback and a hands on approach Encourage a timely delivery of technical solutions to address client needs Code reviews Capacious experience working within a Cloud and Software Development environment Proven experience managing applications in production Guide your team in the design and development of highly scalable and performant systems. Our Ideal Candidate Manage and report on project deliverables Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills. Plan, organise and prioritise work in conjunction with the development team Translate a high-level roadmap into regular deliverables Strong development experience AWS Certified Developer - Associate Certification or greater Minimum of 4 years of overseeing engineering teams in an agile environment Experience of working in a cloud and micro service environment Knowledge of project management tools and processes. Experience of monitoring and managing products in production Collaborative and experimental approach to solving complex problems.
