Trainer / Software Trainer Otley, Leeds (office based with travel) Salary up to £25,000 per annum depending on skills Permanent, Full Time Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a self-motivated Trainer to join our Software Implementations Team, offering a great opportunity for an individual wanting to progress their career. Working closely with our Training Manager, you will be initially responsible for conducting internal and external product training sessions (both remotely and onsite). Proactively you will build relationships with colleagues and clients alike. You will learn our systems inside and out becoming a subject matter expert (SME) as you develop an understanding of our system builds, modules and industry specific terminology. You will also help to maintain and develop our suite of supportive materials. Once you are up to speed our staff and clients will look to you as a go-to point of contact for answering queries and providing sound advice. To be successful in this role you must have: Excellent IT skills Clear and engaging presenter skills, with strong training delivery and coaching capabilities Experience of software training (professional or in a voluntary capacity) The ability to develop rapports quickly with your audience Excellent literacy skills and a strong educational background The knowledge and ability to produce supportive learning material in various formats to suit a range of abilities Knowledge of learning methods and the training life cycle Desirables: A background in education or a similar working environment Experience and knowledge of recruitment Although based at our Otley office, the role will require you to travel extensively with nights away to visit our client base across the UK.
